Common Questions

What area do you serve?

We serve the Twin Cities area and any surrounding areas, including outer suburbs, such as Maple Grove, Blaine, White Bear Lake, Woodbury, Lakeville, Prior Lake, Chanhassen, Mound, and everything else.

What do you do with the dog waste?

We take the waste with us for no additional charge when we leave.

How do we pay for the service?

Most of our clients utilize our autopay option, which automatically processes a payment each month from the card of your choice. However, you can also manually pay your invoice online each month, and we also accept checks.

What is your snow policy?

We provide service in most weather conditions, but significant amounts of snow or bad road conditions may prevent us from arriving for service during the winter. If it has recently snowed before your scheduled service, we can usually locate most of the waste covered by the snow, especially in yards where the waste is in a few common areas. If we don’t arrive for the cleanup, we will inform you by email and arrive for the next scheduled service.

Throughout the winter, we have an occasional minor meltdown that lets us catch up on some of the cleaning. The time we don’t spend when missing service is made up during these minor meltdowns and the final thaw in the springtime. Since you are on a regular service schedule, you won’t need to pay any additional fees that time of year and you won’t have to worry about scheduling that first big cleanup since you will already be on our regular service schedule.

We don’t allow service cancellations or refunds for missed services due to weather. During this time of year, we use our best judgment to provide the best service possible and keep our employees safe on the road. Also, we do pay our technicians for an entire workday missed due to bad weather. This gives our employees peace of mind knowing they will have consistent monthly income for the year. This allows us to retain great employees for the long term.
