To receive service customers must pay for one month of service and the first cleanup in advance.
Dr. Poolittle will process a payment for one month of service and the first cleanup to begin (2 separate charges).
After that, we will process a payment each month for one month of service in advance.
Customers may terminate service (in writing) at any time after the first month and first service is completed.
If you stop service before that period there will be no refund.
Dr. Poolittle may terminate service at any time.
Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time.
(Inclement Weather)
We provide service in most weather conditions, but significant amounts of snow and/or bad road conditions may prevent us from arriving for service during the winter.
If we don’t arrive for the cleanup we will inform you by email and arrive for the next scheduled service.
Throughout the winter we have an occasional minor meltdown that allows us to get caught up on some of the cleaning. The time we don’t spend when missing a service is made up during these minor meltdowns and the final thaw in the springtime.
We don’t allow service cancellations or refunds for missed services due to weather. During this time of year, we use our best judgment to provide the best service possible and keep our employees safe on the road.
Also, we do pay our technicians for a full work day missed due to bad weather. This gives our employees peace of mind knowing they will have consistent income each month throughout the entire year. This allows us to retain great employees for the long term.
By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
